If you want to start living life with the clarity of conviction...
and make a profound impact on your family, community and society at large….
Then this course is going to change your life.
Here’s why:
I'm Jordash Kiffiak. Six years ago I knew something was wrong. I could feel it, the way you feel a floor tilting before you understand why something's not right.
I was busy in my career, speaking at conferences and teaching Greek. My topics were safe – technical or socially acceptable. I believed something was genuinely wrong in our society, but I was afraid to look at truth square in the face. I'd change the subject or let people assume things about me that weren't true.Â
I'd never really studied the most pressing issues of our day or the historical roots of ideas driving the sea change we're living in.
Then I chose to speak up – the Christian congregation I was in was being taken down a negative road, embracing LGBTQ sexual ethics. Why did I speak? I decided on two things. I wanted to know the truth for myself. And I cared about others.Â
I gained clarity of vision, the more I studied the history of Western civilization – beginning with the ancient Greeks and Romans and the teachings of the Bible, especially Jesus of Nazareth. As I wrote the book, Jesus and Sodom, addressing homosexuality directly and honestly, it became clear to me that Socrates, Plato and Aristotle are at the core of the intellectual thought gone so off course in Western civilization. Above all, it is Socrates. –– And, it's well known, he wrote nothing; his student Plato wrote about him in dialogues.
Socrates was: a homosexual pedophile, guided by a demonic voice since childhood, disdainful of the physical world – while also exalting everything invisible, indiscriminately. The "god" he effectively worshipped was the impersonal, abstract concept of "beauty."
I'm not saying that Socrates – or Plato – has nothing to contribute. But the contributions they have made are paltry, in comparison to the damage they've done.
I determined I would speak openly and honestly about the disgusting forces that these ancient philosophers had tapped into and the sexual abuse of children that they adulated. What changed wasn't my circumstances. It was a decision: to know the truth and care about where society is going.Â
As a Greek scholar, I knew that the way forward was to start reading Plato, even though I had an extremely limited background reading ancient Greek philosophy (mostly just a few dialogues from Epictetus).
I REALIZED IT WAS TIME FOR A MASSIVE EXODUS FROM HONOURING STUDY OF PLATO AND SOCRATES. A new approach was needed.
So I designed this course. To help you get to where I am quicker.Â
